TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By joining the YouWager.eu Partners, members must agree to the following terms and conditions. Anyone violating these terms will be removed from the YouWager.eu Partners without any obligation by the YouWager.eu Partners to redeem any earned credits. By joining, members agree to the following:

Members agree to insert the HTML code provided by the YouWager.eu Partners for displaying the direct links to YouWager.eu on their web site, in as
many or few pages as they wish. The HTML code on your pages should looksimilar to the code supplied during signup. (It's OK to alter the general appearance to match the "look" of your site, but don't
change the addresses!). YouWager.eu Partners reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code. (e.g., The page pointed to by the URL listed in the account information must contain the HTML code at a minimum.)

Members acknowledge that the YouWager.eu Partners is a free service supported by its members. At any given time, the link on a member's web site may contain an advertisement from another member or from the YouWager.eu Partners.

A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not display more than one YouWager.eu Partners link on any page. A member may not include the link on any page that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push).

The YouWager.eu Partners retains ownership and all rights to the YouWager.eu Partners name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information.

Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by the YouWager.eu Partners. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc.

All members agree to utilize the services of the YouWager.eu Partners at their own risk. The YouWager.eu Partners, its administrators, partners and members cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the YouWager.eu Partners.

Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, the YouWager.eu Partners makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of the YouWager.eu Partners.

The YouWager.eu Partners name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without permission from the YouWager.eu Partners. However, each member has the right to use information obtained by the YouWager.eu Partners on the site or in the promotion of the site.

A member may cancel their membership in the YouWager.eu Partners at any time by sending a cancellation notice to linkexchange@youwager.eu and removing the YouWager.eu Partners HTML code from their website. The cancellation notice should have the URL of the banner ad to be removed.

The YouWager.eu Partners reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.

For link Partners purposes contextual linking has proven to be much more effective for both user interaction and customer loyalty.
