DEFINITION OF "ACTION"

• All football, basketball, hockey, and baseball games must be played on the date specified.
• If a game is postponed and/or rescheduled to a later date, said game will automatically constitute "no action" for wagering purposes, unless otherwise stipulated.
• Fight matches must go within one (1) week of specified date to be considered "action" unless otherwise stipulated on the ticket.
• All other events must be held within one week of scheduled date to be considered action unless otherwise stipulated.

Parlays, Teasers and Canceled / Postponed Games

For wagering purposes, a football game must go a full 55 minutes.

If a game is suspended AFTER 55 minutes and not resumed the same day then the score when the game was stopped will be used for betting results, even if it is decided the game will be completed at another date. If play is stopped before 55 minutes the game is considered cancelled for all wagering purposes, with the exception of wagers made on periods completed before game stoppage.

In the event that your teaser contains a canceled selection(s) you have up to 7 full days to replace the canceled game with a new selection(s). If your teaser contains a canceled game and one of the legs is a loss, it will be graded as a loser.

Please contact wagering to fill in your remaining selection(s) when your teaser contains a canceled game.

If your parlay contains a canceled game, then it will reduce to the next lowest level.

Winners and Losers

The following sections explain the rules for determining winners and losers in various sports.

Boxing (Pro, College, and Amateur)

When bell is sounded signifying the start of the opening round, the bout is considered official for wagering purposes. If the bout is officially stopped prior to the bell, that round is not considered a full round.

Other Sports

All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.

All total bets must go the prescribed length, example, over total number of wins for a football team is not official until 16 games have been played.

5 Innings or First Half rules:

These bets are based on the score in the first 5 FULL INNINGS. If, after the first 5 full innings, the game is not completed, all wagers on the first half will still stand. If the game does not go 5 full innings for any reason, all 5 Inning or First Half wagers will be cancelled. Once all 5 innings have been completed, all wagers on the first half, or 5 innings in question will stand. All of these wagers are based on the listed pitchers and all First Half or 5 Inning wagers must list both pitchers. If either listed pitcher does not start, any 5 Inning wagers will be cancelled.

Please note: There is $300 wager limit on all of 5 Inning wagers.

IF Bets and Reverses

IF bets

An IF bet is a selection of two straight wagers joined together on one bet by an "if" clause. This type of wager allows you to limit your risk by placing two straight bets on one betting ticket. Your second bet will only have action "if" the first bet in the sequence is successful. An "if" bet is also useful if you want to make multiple (2-6) straight bets, but do not have adequate funds in your account to cover the extra bets unless the first bet wins.

There are two types of action you can select when you are placing an IF bet:

Single Action and Double Action.

Single Action, or "If Win Only" means the second part of the wager only has action if the first part of the wager is a win. If the first part is settled as a push, no action, or cancelled, the amount risked is returned to your account.
Double Action means if for any reason the first part of the wager is settled as a win, push, no action, or cancelled, then the second part of the wager is then placed.

Reverses

A Reverse bet is a series of IF bets going both forward and in reverse order. Each team included in the reverse bet will pair with the other team to form two IF bets. For example (using Football and Baseball)

Possible outcomes:

1. If the Patriots and the A's both win, you will win $163 on the first part of the wager and $163 on the reverse part, for total winnings of $326.
2. If the Patriots win and the A's lose, you will lose $10 on the first part of the wager and $110 on the reverse part, for total losses of $120.
3. If the A's win and the Patriots lose, you will lose $110 on the first part of the wager and $47 on the reverse part, for total losses of $157.
4. If one team pushes, is no action, or is cancelled and the other team is a loss, you will lose $220.
5. If one team pushes, is no action, or is cancelled and the other team wins, you will either win $126 (63+63) for the A's or $200 for the Patriots (100+100).

Baseball bets will be marked as follows:

Listed pitchers:

Both starting pitchers are specified. Listed pitchers must throw their first pitches for their respective teams or the bet is "No Action".

Action:

Any pitcher may start for either team. However, if there is a pitching change Action wagers will be computed with opening price of the new pitcher.

Pitcher vs. Team:

You may designate the pitcher you want to start for your team regardless of the other team's starting pitcher. If the listed pitcher does not throw the first pitch the bet is "No Action".

Team vs. Pitcher:

You may pick a team regardless of the starting pitcher to start against other team's designated pitcher. If the listed pitcher does not throw the first pitch the bet is "No Action".

The wagering on baseball is done by laying or taking money odds. The minus (-) indicates the Favorite and the plus (+) indicates the Underdog

Example:

White Sox +150

Indians -160

Bettor would lay $160 to win $100 on the Indians. Bettor wagers $100 to win $150 on the White Sox. On money odds whenever there is a minus (-) you lay that amount to win a dollar, where there is a plus (+) you get that amount for every dollar wagered.

When is a Baseball Game Official?

For wagering purposes, money line winners and losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4 ½ innings. If a game is called, suspended or postponed, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (any runs scored in the top of an inning, if the Home team does not have an opportunity to make 3 outs or take the lead in the bottom of the inning will not count toward the score, and the score will revert to the last full inning). Monies will be refunded if the game is tied after the completion of the last full inning. Events do not carry over to a future date, only the runs scored on the date the game was scheduled (or more if the game continues past midnight) count towards the wager.

Run-line Wagers must go at least 9 full innings to be official. If, for example, the game goes 10 full innings, it is tied, and the game is called, suspended or postponed the game will be graded as a tie with the appropriate winners and losers.

Special Baseball Rules:

When wagering on total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 full innings (8 1/2 if the home team wins) to have action. If a game is called, or suspended, the score will be determined after the last full inning. If, for example, the game goes 10 full innings, it is tied, and the game is called, suspended or postponed the game will be graded as a tie with the appropriate winners and losers.

Rules for run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

Wagers on total runs and run lines will be refunded if:

• Both listed pitchers do not throw at least one pitch
• Game is not complete. (9 innings or 8 ? if the home team wins)

Baseball 5 Inning Rules

All wagers on baseball first 5 innings will be decided on the basis of the score at the end of five full innings. If a game does not go five full innings, all first 5 inning wagers will be canceled.

How to wager on Boxing:

Wagering on boxing is done by laying or taking money odds. The minus (-) indicates the Favorite and the plus (+) indicates the Underdog

Example

De La Hoya +110

Trinidad -130

Player must lay $130 to win $100 or $13 to win $10 on Trinidad who is the Favorite. Player would wager $100 to win $110 or $10 to win $11 to win on De La Hoya, the Underdog. In the event of a draw, monies on the fight itself will be refunded. However, specific fight propositions must come as stated, such as a draw, either fighter by knockout or decision, or a specific round knockout, etc. Round propositions will be governed by the rules posted on our wagering sheets or as stated at the time of the wager. In the event that either fighters do not make the required weight but the fight goes on, the following stipulations apply: When the bell sounds for the first round, the bout will be considered official, regardless of the scheduled length or title. The bout must have the original scheduled length to have action on a rounds proposition.

For wagering purposes, the decision that is declared the night of the fight will be considered final, and used when grading wagers. Wagers will not be re-graded if the decision is overturned at a later point in time.

How to wager on Golf:

Golf matchups are based on head-to-head action between two golfers.

Example

Davis Love III +130

David Duval -160

The matchup is based on the action for the entire duration of the tournament, unless noted otherwise at each matchup.

For stroke play tournaments the wager is on who will play the most holes. If both players complete the same number of holes then the player with the lowest number of strokes wins the matchup.

Both golfers must tee-off for there to be action. If either golfer fails to tee-off the wager will be deemed no action and all wagers will be refunded.

For match play tournaments the winner is the golfer who wins more holes for the duration of the match, for however long it takes.

The payout is the same as a Baseball moneyline.

How to wager on Hockey:

Wagering on Hockey is done by laying or taking money-line odds. The minus (-) indicates the Favorite and the plus (+) indicates the Underdog

Example

Player would lay 1/2 goal and $140 to win $100 on the Devils. Player would wager $100 and get the 1/2 goal to win $120 on the Flyers.

Note: Hockey Live is graded after regulation time and it DOES NOT include Over Time.

Soccer Wagering

When wagering on soccer, we offer a three-way soccer lines: Team A, Team B, and Draw (tie) are the three wagering options. The conclusion will be one winner and two losers. You must wager on the correct outcome to win.

All soccer wagers are for regulation time only. Regulation time consists of two halves of 45 minutes each, plus any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Unless otherwise specified, your wager WILL NOT include extra time and/or penalty shootout.

Unless otherwise specified, wagering on game totals (over/under) only include goals scored in regulation time. Also, a match must reach full time for wagers on game totals to be valid.

Any wagers on a game abandoned before the completion of regulation time will be void, except for the wagers which's outcome has already been decided at the time of abandonment (player to score first, etc).

Game dates and times posted are for guidance purposes only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. If a match is suspended or postponed, and an official result is declared immediately (same day) by the ruling body, the match will be graded with the result declared by the ruling body. If a match is suspended/postponed and NOT resumed within 24 hours from the actual scheduled start time, then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.

Any wager on whether a team advances in a cup competition or to win the cup, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match. Bets on teams to qualify or to advance to the next round of a competition are paid out on the referee's final whistle at the game's natural conclusion, whether the game is decided in regulation time, extra time or in penalty shootout.

Proposition Wagering

All proposition bets are for regulation time only. This includes the following props:

1. Correct score: predict the correct final score of the game.
2. First player to score: you must correctly predict the player to score the first goal of the match. Own goals count.
3. Player to score at any time: correctly predict a player to score at any time in 90 minutes of play + injury time (regulation time). If a player does not participate in the match, then all wagers on that specific player will be graded as no action and monies will be reimbursed.
4. First half betting: wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be canceled and monies returned.
5. Soccer Live betting (In-game betting): Wagers accepted while soccer live betting is being offered include all goals already scored in the game up to the point the wager is made. Soccer live wagers will be decided based on regulation time only. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts. If a game is suspended before full time is reached, all wagers on soccer live betting will be cancelled and monies will be reimbursed.

Youwager cannot guarantee that odds will be offered at any specific time during the match; odds will not regularly be offered after the 80th minute of play. Youwager also reserves the right to cancel any soccer live wager made on an obvious "bad" line due to software or human error.

Soccer Futures

1. Odds to win: Bets are for the outright winner of a specific tournament, cup or league. An ultimate winner must be declared for wagers to have action.
2. Top Goal Scorer: The bets for top goal scorer of a tournament, cup or league will include only the goals scored by a specific player in a specific league. If the player changes to a team from a different country during a transfer window (or at any point), only the goals he scored in the original tournament, cup or league will count.

Examples:

1. If Wayne Rooney starts the tournament with Manchester United and scores 10 goals, but gets transferred to Barcelona during the January transfer window, only the goals scored in the Premier League will count.
2. If Wayne Rooney starts the tournament with Manchester United and gets transferred to Liverpool, all goals scored with both teams count.

All top goal scorer futures include a Tie option and a Field option. You must wager on the correct outcome to win.

ASIAN HANDICAP

An Asian Handicap is a sports betting term used to describe spread betting in soccer. Described as Asian because of its Eastern origins, the phrase has little else to do with the region. This form of soccer betting has gained increased popularity over the last few years and is now offered by a variety of mainstream bookmakers.

Football bets can be made using a few different formats. From a gambler's standpoint, Asian handicap odds provide many benefits. For starters, the Asian handicap system eliminates any chance for loss due to a tie, which increases the gamblers chances of success. Secondly, bookmakers typically charge less Vigorish than with other bets.

Soccer is one of the few sports in the world where a tie is a fairly common outcome. With traditional fixed odds, ties are treated as an additional outcome to the game. In other words, bettors lose when they place a wager on either team to win and the game ties. With Asian Handicaps, however, the chance for a tie is eliminated by use of a handicap that forces a winner. This creates a situation where each team has a 50-50 chance of winning; similar to the odds for a basketball or baseball game where a tie is impossible.

This system works in a straight-forward manner. The bookmakers's goal is to create a handicap or "line" that will make the chance of either team winning (considering the handicap) as close to 50% as possible. Since the odds are as close to 50% as possible, bookmakers offer payouts close to even money, or 1.90 to 2.00. Asian Handicaps start at a quarter goal and can go as high as 2.5 or 3 goals in matches with a huge disparity in ability. What makes Asian Handicaps most interesting is the use of quarter goals to get the "line" as close as possible. Taken in conjunction with the posted total for the game, the handicap essentially predicts the game's final score. Take a look at this example:

Match: Everton vs. Newcastle United

Handicap: 0 : 1 1/2

Explained: This handicap states that Newcastle is "giving" Everton one and one half goal for the match. This means is that Everton is starting the game with a 1.5-0 lead. If the final score of the game is 1-2, then a bet on Everton wins the with the final score (considering handicap) as 2.5-2.

Quarter Handicaps

Subsequently, many matches are handicapped in 1/2 and 1/4 intervals; both of which eliminate the possibility of a tie since no one can score a half-goal. Quarter (1/4) handicaps split the bet between the two next closest 1/4 intervals. For instance, a $1000 bet with a handicap of 1 3/4 is the same as betting $500 at 1 1/2 and $500 at 2. With 1/4 handicap bets, you can win and tie (win 1/2 of wager) or lose and tie (lose 1/2 wager).

Whole Handicaps and Ties

Handicaps that are whole numbers still allow for the possibility of a tie. In the event of a game tied by the handicap, Youwager.eu will refund the "tying" wager(s).

Soccer wagering limits

The following limits apply on the day of the match:

• Major Leagues (green background) -> $1000 max. wager on spreads and money lines, $500 on totals.
• Minor Leagues (lime background) -> $300 max. wager on all sides and totals.

Retirement or Disqualification:

1. Head to Head Matchups:

   Two full sets must be completed for your wagers to stand. If less than 2 sets are completed, all wagers will be considered void.

   Example: Federer 6-3, 4-6, 2-0 (Roddick is retired due to injury). All wagers will stand. Federer is declared the winner and Roddick is deemed the loser.

   Example: Federer 6-3, 2-0 (Roddick is retired due to injury). All wagers will be considered void.

2. Sets Betting:
   When a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all Set wagers will be considered void. Such wagers will be canceled and money is refunded.
3. Prop Betting:

   If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all Prop wagers will be considered void. Such wagers will be canceled and the money is refunded, with some exceptions that pertain to the completion of an individual set.

   Example:
   To Win 1st Set (Must Complete 1st Set)
   Correct Score of 1st Set (Must complete 1st Set)

Delay or Suspension:

1. If a tennis match is completed, all the wagers will stand as written. A delay in the start of a match will not affect the standing of the wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match is completed.
2. In the event a match does not go the specified number of sets, and the match is shortened by tournament officials, the leader determined to be official by tournament officials shall be the winner.

   Example: A match is scheduled for 5 sets, but only 3 sets can be played because of weather and the leader at the end of 3 sets is declared the winner of the match.

Futures (Ante post) Betting:

All futures (Ante post) bets have action. Should a player withdraw before a tournament begins, bets on that player to win the tournament, lose.

Change of Venue or Playing Surface:

If the venue or playing surface for a match is changed, the wagering odds for match bets will then be adjusted. Match bets placed at the pre-adjustment odds are then void. Futures or Ante post wagers will stand.

Propositions:

Props, or proposition wagers are based on the outcome of a possible event.

Example:

At +500, if you bet "Yes" for $100, you are betting that by the closing date of the prop (9/9/06), the Dow Index will indeed drop below 10,000. At 5 to 1, if you are right, your $100 will win you $500.

Futures:

Future wagers are based far in advance on the outcome of an event. The main advantage of futures is that you can get appealing odds by betting when oddsmakers first release them or well before an event is decided. For example, placing a Future wager on the Kentucky Derby a month ahead of time can get you a much better price on a horse than betting much closer to the race when the contenders are revealed for all to see.

Example:

For example, if bettors were able to take the Steelers to win the Super Bowl at the start of the 2005-06 NFL season at these odds, they were getting them as high as 9 to 1.

OVERTIME WAGERING

Overtime is defined as a "time extension to a tied contest." After the end of regulation play, overtime lasts until a winner is determined or until maximum overtime periods expire.

In college football, overtimes commence with a First and Ten Play at the opponent's 25-Yard line. The offensive Team keeps possession until they score, commit a Turnover, or fail to convert on Fourth Down. The overtime continues until the score is no longer tied, and each team has had an equal number of possessions.

All wagers on sides and totals will include all Overtime scoring. All wagers on the game and all wagers on the second half will include overtime scoring.

Wagers on the first half and wagers on the fourth quarter are not affected by overtime

Side Total Football Parlays

The formulap Side x 2.5

In order to parlay the Side to the total of the same game in footballmultiply the side by 2.5. If the total is greater then you can parlay the side to the total.

Side Total Football Parlays Example:

Penn State is playing Bowling Green andPenn State is a 17 point favorite

In order to parlay the side to the total, the total must be at least 42 1/2. If it is 42 you cannot parlay same game.

Due to the fact that our horse wager grading system is not in-house based, and provided by a third party, we can not guarantee a horse wager will be graded immediately after the race is finished. Wagers will usually be graded 5 to 30 minutes after the results are official. Please take this into account when wagering, as your balance may be locked up in pending wagers while you are trying to wager on another event.

If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show wagers will be refunded and the portion of Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, and Quinella combos that contain the scratched horse will be refunded. For Daily Doubles, Pick 3's and Pick 4's, if a horse is scratched in any leg, you will receive refunds on all the combinations with the scratched horse unless the track pays a consolation prize, in that case you will receive the consolation payoff.

HORSE RULES, PAYOUTS & LIMITS

How to Bet on Horses:

First, here are the Straight Bets:

WIN

A "WIN" bet is just what it sounds like: you are betting that the horse you pick will win the race. If the horse wins, you win.

PLACE

For a horse to "PLACE," it must finish the race first or second.

SHOW

For a horse to "SHOW" it must finish the race first, second or third.

Other types of Horse Racing Bets:

ACROSS THE BOARD

This is a quick way to say that you want to bet a horse to finish in any of the first three positions etc. ($2 Across The Board = $2 to win, $2 to place, and $2 to show). If the horse wins, you collect all three bets. If the horse finishes 2nd, then you collect the place and show bets. If the horse finishes 3rd, then you will only collect the show bet.

Exacta

With this bet you must pick the first two finishing horses in the order of their finish. In other words, you must pick the horse that wins and the horse that finishes second.

Exacta Box

A "box" on two or more horses in a race means taking all the possible combinations of those horses in each place of finish. If you have determined that two horses are the best in the race but you are not sure which one will win and which one will finish second, then a safe bet is the Exacta Box. You can box more than two horses, but it is very important to remember that with each additional horse you add to the box, that the cost of the wager goes up substantially.

Quinella

In the Quinella, you must pick the horses that finish first and second. Either one can be first and the other one second. This bet functions exactly the same as the "Exacta Box." Although the Quinella has a similar function as the "Exacta Box" the payoff can vary substantially. It is really two separate bets on one ticket.

Trifecta

With this bet you must pick the first three finishing horses in the order of their finish. In other words, you must pick the horse that wins, the horse that finishes second and the horse that finishes third.

The simplest form of this wager is the Straight Trifecta, which is a single combination of the first three finishers. If you were to make a bet for Straight Trifecta at $2, to purchase it, you would simply tell a clerk: "$2 Trifecta on 1-2-3." A Trifecta is not offered in all races at all tracks.

This wager is sometimes also called the "Triple."

Trifecta Box

With the Trifecta Box, you can box three or more horses on a single ticket.

For example, to purchase a $2 Trifecta Box using four horses, you would tell a clerk: "$1 Trifecta Box 11-2-3-4."

The following examples are for a $2 Trifecta Box:

SUPERFECTA

A Superfecta is very similar to a Trifecta. Instead of hitting the top 3 horses in a race in the correct order, you need to name the top 4 horses in correct order.

PICK 3

In order to win a Pick 3 bet you are required to select the winning horse in three consecutive races. Most tracks only offer one or two pick 3 opportunities per day. Some tracks offer a rolling Pick 3 in which every race is part of a Pick 3 bet, which means that some races are included in three Pick 3 bets. The third race for example, would be the third race of the first Pick 3, the second race of the second Pick 3, and the first race of the third Pick 3. Sound complicated? It's really very simple. The simplest Pick 3 bet would be a straight Pick 3. If for example, you picked the #2 horse to win the first race, the #4 horse to win the second race, and the #6 horse to win the third race, you would tell the clerk, $2 Pick 3 Race 1,2, and 3- 2, 4, 6.

PICK 4

A Pick 4 is the same as a Pick 3 except that instead of picking 3 race winners in a row, you must  hit 4 races in a row. This may not be available at some tracks.

Daily Double

The Daily Double involves picking the winning horse in two consecutive races. All tracks offer the early Daily Double which involves races #1 and #2. Most tracks also offer a late Daily Double which is the last two races of the day. Some tracks also offer a Rolling Daily Double which is on any two consecutive races. To win a Daily Double, you must pick the winning horse in each of the two races. Combination bets can also be made on Daily Doubles.

PARLAY

There are three types of Parlay wagers: Win Parlay, Place Parlay, and Show Parlay. When your wager is a Win Parlay, the bet is that your horse is going to come in 1st place and if that happens, then the risk + the winning money goes onto your next selection and so on. Remember, if you lose one of your races in the Parlay, your wager is complete and all monies are lost, which means it acts exactly like a parlay on sports games.

1. You can Box, Key or Wheel most of the above bets.
2. Different race tracks may have different rules or limitations that could affect wagering on a particular race. If unsure, ask when placing a bet.
3. We pay full "track odds" meaning, your payout will be based on the actual odds posted, up to our store limits.

General Regulations

1. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
2. We will not accept wagers on events posted with obvious line errors. Management also reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obvious "bad line" due to software or human error.
3. Youwager.eu Sportsbook, Casino, & records all wagers by computer. Any disputes over wagers will be resolved by the tape recording of the transaction.
4. The "READ BACK IS FINAL". When the betting clerk reads back the wager, and the bettor confirms it with the account number and password, there is a wager. It is the bettor's responsibility to listen to the read back and correct any errors.
5. No bet may be cancelled, changed, or modified by the bettor, once it has been accepted in the Sportsbook, via phone or the internet. It is the bettor's responsibility to check and assure the accuracy of the wagers placed on the internet. Internet wagers are not guaranteed until confirmation, and cannot be changed afterwards. If the player has any concerns regarding wagers placed on the internet, they should check online in the "pending bets" section of the sportsbook.
6. The minimum wagering limits are $25 over the phone, $2 on the internet.
7. Casino software is ONLY compatible with Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers. Youwager.eu cannot take responsibility for any glitches caused by playing casino games with a different browser.
8. All winnings will be credited to that player's Sportsbook & Casino account, and all losses will be deducted from the same account.
9. Nevada Gaming Commission rules and regulations, payoffs and wager types always apply.

Account Information

1. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and is for internal use only.
2. A player must be at least 18 years of age to wager in the Sportsbook or Casino.
3. Youwager.eu does not report winnings of individuals to any government agencies. It is the responsibility of members to report any income from wagering to their respective government agencies.

Know Your Customer

1. We do not accept any customers from Costa Rica. This means that if you live in Costa Rica (either as a citizen, resident, are working in the country with a visa, or live in Costa Rica as a tourist), you are not welcome to play at Youwager.eu. Accounts from Costa Rica (or are being accessed from Costa Rica on a REGULAR basis), will be closed. Funds will be frozen, and it will ultimately be the management's decision as to how the account will be dealt with.
2. Winnings from accounts that are accessed by robots will not be honored. Any device, whether it is a script, program, robot, etc. that is used to access our website to 'scrape lines,' place wagers, or engage in any other automated activity will be viewed as cheating. This will result in the immediate closure of the account. Because we offer our lines on our homepage, you are always more then welcome to simply view them there if you do not wish to log into your account, but still want to access our lines.
3. The use of phone "spoofing" devices will result in the closure of accounts, and the possible forfeiture all funds, fees, and bonuses. Any device used to block the true identity of the account holder is not accepted. If you use Skype, we still require a valid landline or cell phone to reach you for verification. If you would not wish to receive regular phone calls at your listed number, we certainly understand. Please notify us.
4. The use of IP masking, proxies, or any method that can hide your IP is not permitted. The use of such techniques can result in the forfeiture of any winnings and bonuses. Any method for the purpose of hiding your IP is viewed as a violation of this rule.
5. First Fidelity takes a zero-tolerance stance on "bearding." A 'beard' is a friend or acquaintance or other contact used to place bets so that the bookmaker will not know the true identity of the actual bettor. Only ONE account is allowed per person. Management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding bonuses. Valid identification may be required to claim bonuses in order to prevent abuse of the bonus system. Situations such as multiple customers living in the same house, or people using the same computer will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management. There is only one voice allowed per account. The account holder must be the only one to call in for bets, payouts, deposits, etc. Management may also suspend internet wagering if the account is suspected to have multiple users. It is always in the player's best interest to notify the company before such events take place. If it is discovered that an account is actually a 'beard' for another player, the account will be closed and winnings, fees, and bonuses will be debited. The deposit may be returned to the beard only after the beard and the true account holder have come forward. Again, any bearding, to abuse bonuses, circumvent limits, or create credit card fraud, etc. will NOT be tolerated. The name, address, phone number, and email of the account holder must be real, verifiable, and belong to the account holder.

First Fidelity's IVR system.

The First Fidelity's new IVR system was created to allow customers to get information without having to speak with a clerk. Its faster and you get perks just for using it. Everyday you use the system your account is credited 10 loyalty points.

To use the system you must create a numeric only payout password, for example, 4321 or 2244.

The password must be only 4 digits. To select a password you can either call customer service or, log into your account click the "Settings" tab in the Account information area and enter your new password.

When that is done you're ready to use the IVR system.

Enter your account number and "payout" numeric password*

From the main menu choose one of these options:

1. For your available balance.

- The number 0 returns you to the main menu and then to a live operator.

2. The maximum you can receive on a Buddy Referral bonus is a $500 free play.
3. Players may elect to take half of their bonus freeplay amount as real cash in the poker room.
4. Only an initial deposit counts towards a Buddy Referral bonus.
5. In order to be eligible to receive a Buddy Referral bonus, your friend MUST give your name or account number at the time of sign up.
6. To collect on your Buddy Referral bonus, your buddy must keep his money in his account at least 30 days and roll his money over 4.5X. 10% RELOAD

1. This promotion applies to all players that make a real money reload deposit of at least $50.
2. Players must accumulate 20 pop points for every $1 that they want to release in reload bonus cash.
3. Reload bonuses will be credited to a player's account once the required amount of total pop points is earned by playing in cash tables (ring games).
   
4. They must contact poker support for the 10% reload bonus to be credited to their poker balance.
